Seoul National University's 'Korea Cell Line Bank', a national-purpose research institute bank, was issued by the Ministry of Science and ICT on September 6, 2017 in accordance with Article 8 (1) of the 「Act on the Acquisition, Management and Utilization of Life Research Resources」. It has been designated as 'Resource Deposit Registration Preservation Organization'. (Refer to the attached press release).

The Korea Cell Line Bank intends to conserve life research resources and cell lines developed with national research funds, and further contribute to the growth of research using the deposited research materials.

The deposit fee is free.
